Linge Lounge started with a simple conviction: that the best food comes from showing up every day and doing it right. We opened our doors on 3rd Street SE with flour on our aprons and a commitment to doing things the slow way.
Today, we're still doing it that way. Our bread is mixed, folded, and baked in small batches. Our pastries are laminated by hand each morning. And our grocery shelves carry the kinds of ingredients and staples you'd actually want to cook with — no shortcuts, no filler.
